پروتئین ۶ حاوی دومین SET (انگلیسی: SET domain containing 6) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SETD6» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵]
نقصان یا کاهش SETD6 در سلولهای گوناگون، سبب تغییرات چشمگیر در بیان ژنهای Wnt/β-catenin میگردد.[۶]
در پاسخ به استرس اکسیداتیو، میزان پروتئین و آرانای پیامرسان SETD6 به میزان قابل توجهی کاهش مییابد.[۷]
