لیتوستاتین-۱-آلفا (به انگلیسی: Lithostathine-1-alpha) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «REG1A» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

این پروتئین که یکی از اعضای خانواده پروتئین‌های بازسازی‌کننده است، در لوزالمعده ترشح می‌شود و در بازسازی جزایر لانگرهانس و همچنین در بروز احتمالی دیابت و سنگ‌گری نقش دارد.
