LMNA
لامین A/C (انگلیسی: Lamin A/C) که با نامِ LMNA شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است در انسان توسط ژن «LMNA» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶] لامین A/C یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ لامینهاست.
جهش در این ژن موجب بروز برخی بیماریهای ژنتیکی از جمله دیستروفی ماهیچهای امری-درایفوس، دیستروفی ماهیچهای کمربند اندام، بیماری شارکو-ماری-توث، سندرم هاچینسون-گیلفورد و چند بیماری قلبی میشود. تا به امروز، بیش از ۱۴۰۰ چندریختی تک-نوکلئوتید برای این ژن شناخته شدهاست.
