شبه انسولین ۳ (انگلیسی: Insulin-like 3) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «INSL3» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]

پروتئینی که توسط این ژن کُدگذاری می‌شود یک هورمون شبه انسولینی است که بیشتر توسط غدد جنسی مردان و زنان ساخته می‌شود. مطالعات آزمایشگاهی بر روی موش نشان می‌دهد که این ژن ممکن است در تکامل دستگاه ادراری-تناسلی و باروری زنان نقش داشته باشد. جهش در این ژن ممکن است منجر به نهان‌بیضگی شود، اما دلیل شایعی برای آن نیست.^[۶]
