IFT80
هومولوگ پروتئین حملکنندهٔ داخلِ تاژکی ۸۰ (انگلیسی: Intraflagellar transport protein 80 homolog) یا بهاختصار «IFT80»، که با نام «پروتئین ۵۶ حاوی توالی تکرارشوندهٔ WD» هم شناخته میشود، نام پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «IFT80» کُد میشود.[۵][۶]
کارکرد
این پروتئین بخشی از «سیستم حملونقل داخلِ تاژکی بی» است و برای عملکرد طبیعی و تحرک مژکهای حرکتی و حسی، ضروری هستند.[۵]
اهمیت بالینی
جهش در این ژن سبب بروز بیماری نادرِ «دیسپلازی خفقانآور قفسه سینه» میشود.[۶]
