گیرندهٔ شمارهٔ ۱۳۳ جفتشونده با پروتئین جی (انگلیسی: G protein-coupled receptor 133) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «GPR133» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶]
این گیرنده یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ بزرگ «گیرندههای جفتشونده با پروتئین جی، ویژهٔ چسبندگی» است.
آگونیستهای این گیرنده مانند جیال-۶۴ و ایپی-۵۰۳ کاربردهای بالقوهای در درمان پوکی استخوان دارند.[۷][۸]
