حامل شمارهٔ ۳ گلوکز (انگلیسی: Glucose transporter 3) که با نامِ «خانوادهٔ حملکنندههای محلول ۲، عضو شمارهٔ ۳ حاملهای تسهیلشدهٔ گلوکز» (SLC2A3) هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین تراپوستهای است که در انسان توسط ژن «SLC2A3» کُدگذاری میشود.[۱] این پروتئین، انتشار «حاملِ گلوکز» را، از خلالِ غشاء سلولِ پستانداران تسهیل میکند و بهطور اختصاصی در یاختههای عصبی بیان میشود.
مطالعات اخیر، وجود آنرا در اسپرم، رویان (پیش از لانهگزینی)، گلبولهای سفید و ردههای سلولی نامیرای کارسینوما نیز نشان دادهاست.[۲]
پروتئین GLUT3 گرچه حملکننده «اصلی» گلوکز در سلولهای عصبی است، اما حملکنندهٔ انحصاری در این بافت نیست و سایر مولکولهای حملکنننده گلوکز نیز در بافت عصبی یافت شدهاست.[۳]
