FZD2
فریزلد ۲ (انگلیسی: Frizzled-2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «FZD2» کدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶][۷]
اعضای خانوادهٔ ژنهای فریزلد، یک گیرنده جفتشونده با پروتئین جی با هفت دومین پروتئینی تراغشایی را کد میکنند که همگی پروتئینهای مسیر سیگنالینگ Wnt هستند.
نسخهٔهای رونویسی بر حسب مراحل متفاوت رشد، در بافتهای گوناگونی از بدن بیان میشود: در دوران جنینی در کلیه و ریه و در دوران بلوغ در رودهٔ بزرگ و تخمدان.[۷]
