اپسین ۱ (انگلیسی: Epsin-1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «EPN1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۵][۶][۷]

این پروتئین با AP2A2 تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.[۵]
