CD86
مجموعهٔ تمایزی ۸۶ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation 86) که با نامهای «CD86» و «B7-2» هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در سلولهای پردازنده آنتیژن بیان میشود و موجب پیامدهیِ (سیگنالینگِ) مشترک جهت فعالسازی و بقای لنفوسیتهای تی میگردد.
این پروتئین، نوعی لیگاند برای دو نوع پروتئین سطحی لنفوسیتهای تی است: CD28 (جهت خودتنظیمی و ارتباطات داخلسلولی) و CTLA-4 (جهت تضعیف فعالیت و قطع ارتباطات سلولی). این پروتئین یک همکاری نزدیک و پایاپای با CD80 دارد.
این مولکول پروتئینی در انسان توسط ژن «CD86» کُد میشود که موجب تولید «پروتئین غشایی نوع ۱» متعلق به ابرخانوادهٔ پادتنها میگردد.[۵] طی فرایند «پیرایش دگرسان» (Alternative splicing)، دو نوع رونویسی مختلف شکل میگیرد که منجر به تولید ایزوفرمهای گوناگون از این پروتئین میشود. البته انواع دیگری از رونویسی ژنتیکی در این ژن توصیف شدهاست، اما توالیِ کامل نوکلئوتیدی آن مشخص نشدهاست.[۶]
