CD30
مجموعهٔ تمایزی ۳۰ (انگلیسی: Cluster of Differentiation 30) یا بهاختصار «CD30» که با نام «TNFRSF8» هم شناخته میشود، پروتئینی از خانوادهٔ بزرگ فاکتور نکروز تومور و همچنین یک نشانگر تومور است.
این پروتئین بر روی سطح لنفوسیتهای تی و لنفوسیتهای بی فعال بیان میشود.
این مولکول پروتئینی با سرطان «لنفوم آناپلاستیک سلول بزرگ» (ALCL) در ارتباط است. این پروتئین در «کارسینوم اِمبریونال» (و نه در «سمینوما») دیده میشود و میتوان از آن بهعنوان یک نشانگر تومور در افتراق تومورهای سلول زایا (Germ cell tumor) استفاده کرد.[۵] CD30 و CD15 در سلولهای رید-اشترنبرگ لنفوم هاجکین هم بیان میشوند.[۶]
