هومولوگ پروتئین آنکیلوز پیشرونده (انگلیسی: Progressive ankylosis protein homolog) یک پروتئین است در انسان توسط ژن «ANKH» کُدگذاری میشود.[۵][۶][۷]
ژن مذکور، مسئولِ ساختِ یک پروتئین تراپوستهای در مفاصل است و سطح پیروفسفات را سلولها کنترل میکند. جهش در این ژن موشها سبب بروز التهاب مفصل پیشرونده و رسوب املاح در آنها و تسکیل ضایعات استخوانی و تخریب مفاصل میشود.
همساختِ این ژن در انسان در کنترل سطح پیروفسفاتها و همچنین کنترل کلسیفیکاسیون دخیل است و بدین ترتیب شاید توجیهی برای استعداد و آمادگیِ برخی حیوانات عالی در ابتلا به آرتریت باشد.[۷]
