Vincent CHAUSSEGROS (ŝosgro) estis franca profesoro kiu naskiĝis en julio 1861 en Brioude (apud St-Etienne) kaj mortis la 12an de septembro 1932 en Brioude. Li estis Esperantisto de 1902, sekretario de la Pariza Grupo antaŭ la milito; de 1907 redaktis la monatan bultenon Paris - Esperanto. Li estis kunorganizinto de la UK, 1914.
