Victor FRAITOT (naskiĝis en 1849, mortis en 1906) estis rusiljona kolegiestro kaj esperantisto.
En 1905 li iĝis prezidanto de la unua sekcio de Aplec Esperantista de Catalunya en Perpinjano. Li estis enskribita en la Adresaro de Zamenhof (n-ro 8991) kaj estis membro de la Politeknika Asocio de Perpinjano.
