Inundita varzeo ĉe Amazono

Varzeo aŭ varzea arbaro (hispane bosque de várzea, portugale floresta de várzea) estas tipo de inundebena arbaro, kiun sezone inundas blankakvaj riveroj, ĥaraktereca por la biomo de Amazonio.[1][2] Malgraŭ iam difinata kiel pure arbaro, varzeoj ofte ankaŭ enhavas areojn kun pli malfermaj sezone inundataj habitatoj, ekzemple herbejoj.[3][4]
