Ugine estas francia urbeto en la departemento Savoie en la Valo de la Rivero Arly, inter la montoĉeno Aravis, la masivoj Beaufortain kaj Bauges, ĉe la piedo de Monto Charvin. La rivereto Chaise ankaŭ trafluas ĝin kaj ĵetiĝas en riveron Arly alvale de la urbo.
La urbon oni konas pro la uzinoj kiuj produktas specialajn ŝtalojn. En la jaroj 1920 kaj 1930 multaj fremdaj laboristoj ekloĝis en tiu urbeto, precipe el Belorusio.
