Town Hall en 2008

Town Hall estas eventejo en Manhatano je Novjorko. Ĝi proponas proksimume 1500 sidlokojn. En 2012 ĝi estis klasifikata kiel protektinda monumento.[1] Ĝi estis malfermita en 1921 kiel okazejo de poemdeklamado, politika klerigo, sed aparte ankaŭ por koncertoj. En la jaro de la malfermo la germana komponisto Richard Strauss dirigentis aron da koncertoj, kiuj kontribuis al la eminenta renomo de ĝia akustiko. Ankaŭ ĵazkoncertoj okazis tie, ekzemple la Town Hall Concert el 1945 de Charlie Parker kaj Dizzy Gillespie, per kiu ili prezentis bibopon al vasta publiko en Manhatano.
