La Land Institute (Terinstituto) estas neprofitcela organizaĵo por esplorado, edukado, kaj politiko dediĉita al eltenebla agrikulturo kun sidejo en Salina, Kansaso, Usono. Ties celo estas disvolvigi agrikulturan sistemon bazitan sur staŭdaj agrokultivaĵoj kiuj "havas la ekologian stabilecon de herbejo kaj grenproduktadod kompareblan al tiu de unujaraj agrokultivaĵoj".[1] La organizaĵo havas registritan markon Kernza, nome tritikherbon disvolviĝantan.

La instituto estis fondita sur 28 akreojn en 1976 fare de planto-genetikisto Wes Jackson kaj Dana Jackson, kiu estis laborinta ĉe la Projekto Land Stewardship en Minesoto.[2][3][4] Je 2014, la organizaĵo posedas almenaŭ 879 akreojn da tero.[5].
