The Band (La Bando) estis kanada - usona rokmuzika grupo kiu komencis ludi kune malantaŭ roklegendo Ronnie Hawkins sub la nomo The Hawks komence de la 1960-aj jaroj. Ĝi prezentis de 1964 ĝis 1976 kaj denove de 1983 ĝis 1999 [1].

Membroj estis Rick Danko (basgitaro), Levon Helm (tamburoj), Garth Hudson (orgeno), Richard Manuel (piano), kaj Robbie Robertson (gitaro). Ĉiuj membroj de la grupo, krom Garth Hudson, ankaŭ estis kantistoj, kaj ĉiuj estis kanadanoj krom Helm kiu estis usonano.
