The Algorithm estas muzika grupo el Francio, fondita de Remi Galego (Remi Gallego) (naskiĝis la 7an de oktobro 1989). Lia stilo kombinas elektronikan muzikon kun progresiva metalroko kaj djento. Galego elektis nomon «The Algorithm» por distingo kompleksecan kaj elektronikan sonadon.[1]

Historio

Poste disfalo de galega grupo «Dying Breath» en 2009, li ekserĉis novajn anojn en matkora stilo. Finfine, li decidiĝis partopreni sole kaj produktis helpe de Digital audio workstation.[2] En decembro de 2009 kaj en decembro 2010 li eldonis du demojn: «The Doppler Effect» kaj «CRITICAL.ERROR». En aŭgusto 2011 Galego eldonis komponaĵaron «Method_», konsistanta el malnovaj komponaĵoj. [3]

En oktobro 2011 Galego partoprenis en Euroblast Festival en Germanio kun Textures, Tesseract kaj kun Vildhjarta.[4] Post monato Mike Maljan (Mike Malyan) — tamburisto de «Monuments» — eldonis lia tamburkaveron «Isometry». Poste Maljan kaj Galego ekpartoprenis vive duope.[5]

En januaro 2011 Galego eldonis unuopaĵon «Tr0jans».
