La Sunda centropo (Centropus nigrorufus, laŭ kio ankaŭ Ruĝnigra centropo) estas specio de centropo de la familio Kukoledoj. Ĝi troviĝas kiel endemio nur en Javo, Indonezio. Ĝi loĝas en manglejoj, nesalakvaj marĉarbaroj kaj herbejoj proksime de saleta akvo. Ĝi estas listigita kiel Vundebla specio en la IUCN Ruĝa Listo ekde 1994, ĉar la malgranda populacio estas minacata de vivejodetruo kaj kaptado.[1]
Temas pri ĝenerale nigra birdo longvosta, kun brilnigraj beko subenkurba kaj piedoj, ruĝecaj irisoj kaj brunecruĝaj flugilkovriloj.
Ĝi manĝas akridojn, harpalojn, tineojn, gekojn, serpentojn kaj ranojn; ĝi ankaŭ estis observita dum plukado de rizsemoj en rizkampo.[2]
