St. Andrews (skotgaele Cill Rìmhinn) estas urbo kaj tielnomata "reĝa burgo" en Skotlando. La urbo apartenas al la administra regiono ("konsilia areo") kaj historia brita graflando (en Skotlando nomata ŝiro) Fife. Ĝi havis 16 801 loĝantojn en 2018, kaj ĝi estas universitata urbo.

Ĉirkaŭ la jaro 1910 fondiĝis esperanta grupo en St. Andrews. La probable unua esperantisto en la urbo estis James T. Haxton, kiu esperantistiĝis en 1901, en aĝo de 21 ĝis 22 jaroj, kaj estis kunfondinto de Brita Esperanto-Asocio en 1904.

La urbo estas fama pro la golfludado.
