Slivovico
Slivovico aŭ prunobrando aŭ pruna brando (serbe: шљивовица aŭ šljivovica, slovene: slivovka, kroate: šljivovica, bosne: šljivovica, makedone: slivova, pole: śliwowica [ˌsʲli.voˈvi.ca]; rumane: şliboviţă; bulgare: сливова (slivova); slovake: slivovica; ĉeĥe: slivovice, suprasorabe: sliwowica) estas brando farita el prunoj aŭ el slivoj. Speciale ĝi estas farata en Balkanio. La nomo "slivovico" deriviĝis de la komuna slava vorto (ekzemple, ruse: слива [slíva]; serbe: šljiva [ŝlíva] ktp), kiu signifas prunon.
En Serbio Slivovico estas la nacia alkoholaĵo kaj enhavas ĉirkaŭ 47% da alkoholo. Tie estas tre kutima por komenci la tagon per glaseto da slivovico antaŭ ol matenmanĝi.
La trinkaĵo estas senkolora sed, se ĝi estas stokita en bareloj el kverka ligno, la koloro fariĝas orflava.
Miksita kun kruŝkovaco ĝi formas la trinkaĵon juliŝko.
