Skira aŭ Skyra - legenda reganto de Rusio, ĉirkaŭ je 7-a jc., kiu estas memorita en la norenaj sagaoj. Laŭ ili, reĝo de sveoj (svedoj) Ingvar la 4-a komencis militon kontraŭ rusoj sed ekmortiĝis ĉe Saaremaa. Lia filo Skira post la morto de patro ekregiĝis en Rusio. Do, laǔ sagaoj li originas el dinastio Inglingi. Ráðbarðr nomiĝas kiel filo de Skiro kaj praulo de Ragnarr Loðbrók.
