Samu Veress [ŝamu vereŝ], laŭ la hungarlingve kutima nomordo Veress Samu estis hungara instruisto.

Samu Veress[1] naskiĝis la  24-an de aprilo 1857 (nun 1857-04-24) en Nagysajó (Transilvanio, Aŭstra Imperio, nuntempa Șieu (Bistrița-Năsăud) en Rumanio), li mortis la 25-an de decembro 1932 en Rimavská Sobota (Ĉeĥoslovakio, nun en Slovakio).

Biografio

Samu Veress estis partoprenanto de okupado de Bosnio, poste li akiris pedagogian diplomon en 1882 en Universitato Ferenc József (Kolozsvár). Li instruis en protestanta gimnazio de Rimaszombat ekde 1884. Dum instruado li ofte kontribuis en ĉefurbaj kaj lokaj gazetoj.
