Ronald Álex GAMARRA HERRERA (naskiĝis la 10-an de decembro 1958 en Limo, Peruo) estas perua advokato kaj politikisto. De 2008 ĝis 2010 li estis la Sekretario de la Nacia Kunordigo de Homaj Rajtoj de Peruo. Gamarra estis la laŭleĝa peristo de la familianoj de la viktimoj de 'Barrios Altos' kaj 'La Cantuta', krimoj por kiuj la eksa prezidanto Alberto Fujimori estis kondamnita je dudekkvin jaroj de karcero. En 2010 li estis proponita kiel internacia spertulo en la procezo de Baltasar Garzón kontraŭ la Hispana Tribunalo.
