La provinco Samarkando aŭ regiono Samarkando (uzbeke Samarqand viloyati) estas unu el la 12 regionoj de Uzbekio. Ĝia ĉefurbo estas Samarkando[1].
La provinco etendiĝas sur areo de 16 400 km². Ĝi estas ĉirkaŭata norde kaj oriente de la regiono Ĝizaĥo, oriente de Taĝikio, sude de la regiono Kaŝkadaro, okcidente de la regiono Navojo. En 2005 ĝi havis ĉirkaŭ 2 322 000 loĝantojn.
