Raguo
Raguo (el la franca ragoûter, „allogi la palaton, doni apetiton“) estas vianda, legoma aŭ fiŝa manĝaĵo kuirita en spicita saŭco.
La viando aŭ legomoj estas pecigitaj kaj la saŭco ofte dikigita. Ekzemploj estas la franca ragoût fin (fajna raguo), la svisa Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (zurika pecigaĵo) aŭ la itala Ragù alla bolognese (bolonja raguo). Ankaŭ gulaŝo kaj Bœuf Stroganoff (bovaĵo Stroganofo) estas raguoj.
Ĉe blanka raguo oni kuiras aparte helan viandon, kiel kokaĵo, bovidaĵo aŭ kuniklaĵo, kaj el la ricevita buljono oni preparas blankan saŭcon, ligita per faruno, ovoflavo kaj kremo. Rezultas de tiu hela, malspica plado kun multe da saŭco.
