Prosper-Mathieu Henry (naskiĝis la 10-an de decembro 1849 en Nancio, mortis la 25-an de julio 1903 en Parizo) estis franca astronomo kaj optikisto.

Kun lia frato Paul-Pierre Henry, li fabrikis lornojn kaj instrumentojn por la observatorioj, ili malkovris asteroidojn kaj partoprenis je la projekto de « Carte du Ciel » (« Ĉiela Mapo »).

Ambaŭ fratoj Henry malkovris 14 asteroidojn en la observatorio de Parizo. La Minor Planet Center kreditas Prosper-Mathieu Henry, sub la nomo "P. M. Henry", de la malkovro de sep asteroidoj.
