Promo-LEX estas moldava, ne-registara kaj ne-profitcela organizaĵo. Agadosfero de la organizaĵo estas protektado de homaj rajtoj kaj advokataro. Organizaĵo estis kreita en 2002 jaro de grupo de junuloj, kiuj estis maltrankvilaj pri situacio kun homaj rajtoj en Moldavio. La organizaĵo funkcias tra la tuta teritorio de Moldavio.
Misio de Promo-LEX ankaŭ estas helpo de disvolviĝo de demokratio en Moldavio, inkluzive en Ĉednestrio, per monitorado de demokratiaj procezoj kaj solidiĝo de civila socio.
Promo-LEX regulare ekspedis observantojn al elektoj en Moldavio cele kontroli balotajn fraŭdojn. Organizaĵo organizis paralelan kalkulon de voĉoj.[1]
