Princlando Moosburg (latine: Ducatus Mosapurgensis[1], slovake: Balatónské kniežatstvo, slovene: Spodnja Panonija, hungare: Alsó-pannoniai grófság) estis parto de la Franka imperio kaj de la Orientfranka imperio.
Ĝi ekzistis inter 839 kaj 900/901. La ĉefurbo estis Zalavár ĉe la Malgranda Balatono. La enloĝantaro estis mikse slavoj kaj avaroj kiuj kreis kune la kulturon de la t.n. Pókaszepetk-Zalakomár-grupo.[2] Inter 861 kaj 876 regantis Kocelj, filo de Pribina.
La historio estis influata per intensa kristanigo kaj la strebo de slavaj dukoj gajni plian memstarecon antaŭ la frankoj. Sed en 900/901 la hungaroj okupis ĝin kaj faronte ĝin parto de la naskiĝanta Hungario.
