Premovundo
Premovundo aŭ Barotraŭmo estas fizika damaĝo farita al korpaj histoj kaŭzita pro diferenco en premo inter gasa spaco ene, aŭ en kontakto kun la korpo, kaj la ĉirkaŭa fluido.[1][2]
Premovundo tipe okazas kiam la organismo eksponiĝas al grava ŝanĝo en media premo, kiel kiam subnaĝisto, libera subnaĝisto aŭ pasaĝero de aviadilo ascendas aŭ descendas, aŭ dum nekontrolita malpremigo de premujo, sed povas esti kaŭzita ankaŭ de ŝokondo.
