Posttombulo
Posttombulo (latine postumus, etimologie malĝuste posthumus) estas markigo por persono naskiĝinta post morto de la patro, sed oni uzas tiun ĉi terminon ankaŭ por suĉinfanoj naskiĝintaj post morto de sia patrino, kutime per cezara sekco[1].
En Romia juro temis ankaŭ pri infano, kiu naskiĝis dum la vivo de patro, sed nur post establo de testamento. Oni rigardis la posttombulojn kiel al personae incertae (personoj pli proksime nedifnitaj) sen rajto por destini esti kiel heredanto. Nur la orientromia imperiestro Justiniano la 1-a leĝigis staton, kiam la proklamo de posttombulo kiel heredanto estas ĉiam valida en la tempo de la proklamo esti almenaŭ embrio.
