Pittem (nederlande, proksimuma prononco [PIT'm]) estas municipo en Belgio.
Ekde 1977 la municipo Egem apartenas al Pittem, la ĉefa municipo. Komence de januaro 2016 ĝi havis 6723 loĝantojn. La municipo apartenas al la distrikto Tielt.
Pittem estas la naskiĝloko de Ferdinand Verbiest (1623-1688), misiisto (jezuito) kaj astronomo, fondinto de la observatorio en Pekino kaj reforminto de la Ĉina kalendaro.
