Paul IBY, hungare: Iby Pál (naskiĝis la 23-an de januaro 1935 en Raiding, Aŭstrio) estas romkatolika episkopo de la diocezo Eisenstadt.
Iby estas ofte nomata esperantisto, ĉar li membris dum multaj jaroj en IKUE kaj verŝajne foje celebris meson en Esperanto. Tamen, laŭ informo de pastro Lajos Kobor, li ne parolas la lingvon.
En majo 2010 li akiris multe da atento en la monda gazetaro, ĉar li proponis, ke la romkatolika eklezio nuligu la celibaton kaj repripensu ankaŭ la ordinon de virinoj.
