Outram Bangs (12an de januaro 1863 – 22an de septembro 1932) estis usona zoologo.

Bangs naskiĝis en Watertown (Masaĉuseco) kaj studis en Universitato Harvard el 1880 al 1884. Li iĝis Respondeculo pri Mamuloj ĉe la Harvarda Muzeo de Kompara Zoologio en 1900.
