Operaciaj programoj

Operaciaj programoj estas strategiaj dokumentoj, kiuj estas akceptitaj laŭ interkonsento inter membra ŝtato de Eŭropa Unio kaj Eŭropa komisiono. En ili estas difinitaj strategioj de evoluo kun prioritatoj. Tiuj strategioj estas poste realigitaj pere de unu el eŭropaj strukturaj fondusoj[1].

Divido de operaciaj programoj

Operaciaj programoj povas esti jenaj:

  • Naciaj
  • Regionaj
  • Eŭropa teritoria kunlaboro

Nombro de operaciaj programoj kaj kvanto de mono por unuopaj programoj dependas de decido de membra ŝtato. Tial ekzemple Ĉeĥio havas 7 operaciajn programojn por regionoj NUTS 2 kaj 8 naciajn programojn[2]. Slovakio havas nur du regionajn programojn kaj ses naciajn[3].
