Opekankano aŭ Opechancanough aŭ Opchanacanough (naskiĝis eble en 1554; mortis en 1644) estis triba ĉefo de la paŭhatana konfederacio, kies lando situis en la nuna Virginio de Usono. Li estis ĉefo ekde 1618 ĝis sia morto en 1644.

'John Smith kaptanta la reĝon de la Pamunkeoj', fantaziplena bildo de Opekankano el General History of Virginia (ĝenerala historio de Virginio, Smith, 1624). La bildo de Opekankano baziĝas fakte je alia pentraĵo de indiana batalanto el la jaro 1585 fare de John White[1]
