Nui konsistas el 21 insuletoj. Nur la plej granda, Fenua Tupu, estas loĝata. En ĝi troviĝas la vilaĝo Tanrake.
La loĝantoj de Nui parolas ne nur la tuvalan lingvon, sed ankaŭ la kiribatan, ĉar ili origine devenas de Kiribato.
