Mlečice estas municipo situanta en distrikto Rokycany en Ĉeĥio proksimume 12 kilometrojn nordokcidente de Zbiroh kaj 28 kilometrojn norde de Rokycany. Vivas ĉi tie 326 loĝantoj (2025).
