Martin Kušej (n. la 14-an de majo 1962) estas Aŭstria teatra kaj opera reĝisoro, kaj nuna Arta Direktoro ĉe la Residenztheater en Munkeno.
Naskiĝinta en la sloven-parolanta minoritato de la aŭstria ŝtato Karintio, li studis germanan, kiteraturon kaj sportosciencojn ĉe la Universitato de Graz el 1979-82.
En 1986, post sia alternativa civilservo, li iĝis asista direktoro ĉe la Ŝtata Teatro en Salcburgo el kie li translokiĝis al la Slovena Nacia Teatro en Ljubljana en la sama posteno.
Ekde 1990, li laboris en Slovenio, Aŭstrio, Italio kaj Germanio. Kun la aŭstria desegnisto Martin Zehetgruber kaj dramaturgo Sylvia Brandl, li fondis la sendependan grupon "my friend martin".
