Luparaneo
Luparaneoj estas araneedoj membroj de la familio Lycosidae (Likosedoj), el la antikvgreka vorto "λύκος" signife "lupo". Ili estas fortikaj kaj viglaj ĉasistoj kun elstara vidkapablo. Ili vivas ĉefe solecaj kaj ĉasas solaj. Kelkaj estas oportunemaj ĉasistoj kiuj subite saltas sur predoj kiam ili trovas ilin aŭ eĉ ĉasante el mallongaj distancoj. Kelkaj atendas preterpasantan predon en aŭ ĉe la elirejo de nestotruo. Luparaneoj povas vivi ĝis 11 jaroj se ili havas la ĝustan habitaton.
