Leșu [leŝu] (hungare: Les [leŝ]) estas komunumo en Rumanio nordoriente de Bistrița. En 1910 ĝi havis 1 679 loĝantojn (rumanoj); en 1992 3 130. En mezepoko ĝi estis rumana servutulvilaĝo. Ĝis 1919 kaj inter 1940 kaj 1944 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Beszterce-Naszód vármegye). Administre apartenas al ĝi Lunca Leșului.

En la censo de 2002, 99,9 % de la loĝantoj, ĉiuj escepte de 2, deklaris sin etnaj rumanoj.
