La lando de Graham aŭ Graham-lando estas tiu parto de la antarkta duoninsulo, kiu situas norde de fikcia linio inter la kabo Jeremy kaj la kabo Agassiz. Tiu difino de la lando de Graham konformas al la interkonsento de 1964 inter Britio kaj Usono. La suda parto de la duoninsulo estas nomita "lando de Palmer".
La lando de Graham estis nomita laŭ James Robert George Graham, First Lord of the Admiralty je la epoko de la esplorada ekspedicio de John Biscoe en 1832. Ĝi apartenas al la Brita Antarkta Teritorio.
