Karl HACKL (hakl) estis aŭstrogermano kaj fama kolonelo en Graz. Li naskiĝis je la 11a de januaro 1870 en Graz. Li posedas la plej altajn ordenojn pro dummilita agado. Li gvidis Esperanto-kursojn por la aŭstraj infanoj, kiujn sendis Stiria Esperanto-Unuiĝo en 1921 al Hispanujo, kondukis ilin tien kaj reen. Kursoj ĉe polico en Graz. Li estis edzo de Ada Hackl.
