Joseph GOUPY (ĉirkaŭ 1689–1769) estis angla gravuristo, pentristo, scendesegnisto kaj akvarelisto. Li estis de franca deveno kaj laboris en Londono ekde almenaŭ 1711.
Li uzis siajn konektojn kun la reĝa familio por ekfari pentritajn snuf-skatolojn por la reĝo Georgo la 1-a. Li laboris konsistente dum 20 jaroj por John Hedges, trezoristo de Frederick, Princo de Kimrio, por kiu Goupy pentris serion de Raphael Cartoons. Li estis ankaŭ pentristo de ventumiloj.
