Josef ALLRAM (naskiĝinta la 22-an de novembro 1860 en Schrems, mortinta la 29-an de decembro 1941 en Mödling) estis aŭstra verkisto kaj poeto.
Vivo
Li frekventis la gimnazion en Waidhofen kaj studis agrikulturon ĉe la altlernejo Francisco-Josephinum en Mödling. Poste li estis trejnita ĉe la faklernejo por instruistoj en Krems kaj retiriĝis kiel lernejestro post 40 jaroj de instruado. Li estis longjara kantisto en korusoj kaj honoriĝis fare de la Schubertbund por tio.
La verkisto
Lia kromnomo estis Waldviertler Sepp, ĉar li ege okupiĝis pri la Waldviertel, regiono en norda Malsupra Aŭstrio. Krom regionhistoriaj libroj li skribis poemojn, teatraĵojn kaj verkis vojaĝpriskribojn.
Li iniciatis ankaŭ la starigon de pluraj monumentoj je la honoro de Robert Hamerling.
