Insulo Powell estas malgranda, neloĝata insulo en la Suda Oceano, apartenante al insulgrupo de Sudaj Orkadoj. Ĝi situas inter la plej granda kaj du plej grandaj insuloj de la grupo, nome inter la Kronada insulo kaj Insulo Laurie.
La longeca, grandparte glacikovrita insulo havas la longon de 11 km (norde-sude) kaj larĝon de 3 km (oriente-okcidente).
La insulon Powell estis malkovrita kaj surmapita en decembro de 1821, fare de la fokoĉasistoj Nathaniel Palmer kaj George Powell. La insulo estis nomumita post tiu lasta en 1839.
