Insulo Maboko estas malgranda insulo de la Golfo Winam en la Lago Viktorio, en la Provinco Nyanza de okcidenta Kenjo. Ĝi estas ĉirkaŭ 1.8 km longa kaj 1 km larĝa. Ĝi estas loko de meza Mioceno de paleontologia gravo kun kuŝejoj de fosilioj kiuj estis malkovritaj en la 1930-aj jaroj. La aĝo de la kuŝejoj estas ĉirkaŭkalkulata je 15-16 ma, kaj estas tre gravaj pro la abundo de fosilioj de primatoj kiun ili enhavas.[1]
