IBBY (International Board on Books for Young People) estas internacia organizo pri libroj por junaj homoj, fondita en 1953 en Zuriko (Svislando) kiel neregistara organizo.
Neoficiale ĝi estis fondita jam en 1948 fare de verkistino Jella Lepman.
La celo de la organizo estas stimuli eldonadon de libroj por infanoj kaj adoleskantoj, certigi ties altan kvaliton, ebligi al junaj homoj akiri la librojn, precipe en lando disvolviĝantaj, stimuli junajn talentojn por verkado.
La organizo atribuas ĉiujare premion Hans Christian Andersen al bonaj verkistoj kaj ilustrintoj de libroj por infanoj kaj junularo.
